Formed in the summer of 2023, ‘D’Vonne Lewis and NW D’Lux’ is a band that started as a homage to the legacies and music of PNW artists such as his grandfather, the Godfather of PNW rock and roll David Lewis; NW jazz queen Ernestine Anderson; the Genius of Soul, Ray Charles; the most influential electric guitarist of our time, Jimi Hendrix; trendsetters of The Kingsmen; and many other historical and leading rock and jazz artists from the 19th century through today.
The band also includes a set list of original compositions by D’Vonne and the various band members that make up the ‘NW D’Lux’.
